MailMina ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Google Sheets add-on handles your data. We design our software to minimize data collection and prioritize the security of your information.

2. Data Collection & Processing

MailMina does not store your email lists. When you perform an email verification, the emails are processed in-memory via our secure API. The results are written directly back to your Google Sheet.

• Authentication: We use Google OAuth to identify your account for credit allocation and security.
• Data Usage: We only access the specific spreadsheet cells you select for verification. We do not read other documents or files in your Google Drive.

3. Third-Party Services

MailMina uses secure verification servers to validate MX records and domain health. No personal information or email content is shared with these services—only the anonymized email address for the sole purpose of validation.

4. Your Rights

You can revoke MailMina's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account Security settings. Since we do not store your verified lists, there is no "data to delete" on our servers regarding your lead lists.
