MailMina ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Google Sheets add-on handles your data. We design our software to minimize data collection and prioritize the security of your information.

2. Data Collection & Processing

MailMina does not store your email lists. When you perform an email verification, the emails are processed in-memory via our secure API. The results are written directly back to your Google Sheet.

  • Authentication: We use Google OAuth to identify your account for credit allocation and security.
  • Data Usage: We only access the specific spreadsheet cells you select for verification. We do not read other documents or files in your Google Drive.

3. Data Protection Mechanisms (Sensitive Data)

We implement strict security measures to protect your sensitive user data accessed via Google Workspace APIs:

  • Encryption in Transit: All sensitive data, including spreadsheet contents, is transmitted securely over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS 1.2+).
  • Data at Rest & Retention: We do not store your spreadsheet data or email lists at rest on our servers. Processing occurs in-memory, and data is instantly discarded after the verification completes.
  • Access Controls: Our API infrastructure employs strict access controls and firewall rules to prevent unauthorized data access.
  • Google API Limited Use Policy: MailMina Email Verifier's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Third-Party Services

MailMina uses secure verification servers to validate MX records and domain health. No personal information or email content is shared with these services—only the anonymized email address for the sole purpose of validation.

5. Your Rights

You can revoke MailMina's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account Security settings. Since we do not store your verified lists, there is no "data to delete" on our servers regarding your lead lists.
