1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the MailMina Google Sheets add-on, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the add-on immediately.

2. Service Usage & Fair Use

MailMina provides automated email verification services. You agree not to abuse the system by sending massive volumes of requests beyond the daily limit provided, or by attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary verification logic.

• Credits: Free daily credits (250) are Reset at midnight. Unused credits do not roll over to the next day.
• Limits: We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts that disrupt service performance for others.

3. Data Security & Storage

We do not store your verified email lists. They are processed in real-time and deleted from our memory once the results are written to your spreadsheet. However, you acknowledge that transmission over the internet cannot be 100% secure.

4. Disclaimer & Liability

MailMina is provided "as is." We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in email verification as domain statuses can change instantly. We are not liable for any indirect or direct damages resulting from your use of the add-on.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
